The Modern Beauty Bar Policies
Late Appointment Policy:
Arriving late will deprive you of valuable treatment time. We will make every effort to perform your treatment in the remaining scheduled time, but reserve the right to cancel/reschedule your appointment if arriving more than 15 minutes late and charge the 50% convenience fee should it interfere with our next client's service.
A 50% deposit is required when booking an appointment. The other 50% will be due on the day of your service.
Cancellation/No Show Policy:
At Modern Beauty Bar, we have a 24-hour Cancellation/No Show policy in place to ensure guests can get in for appointments in a timely manner and to respect our providers’ time. Any appointment that no shows and/or cancels within 24 hours will be charged a 50% convenience fee.
If a client has no show, late, and/or canceled 3 times the client will then be required to prepay in full for future services at time of booking appointment. The amount pre-paid for is nonrefundable if the no-show/cancellation policy is violated.
We respect our Providers’ time as they are booked out weeks to months ahead, and we have a significant waiting list. Last-minute cancellations do not allow us time to fill those gaps. We appreciate your understanding of our cancellation policy. This will allow the MBB team to continue to provide the highest quality service for you and future patients, as well as valuing our team members’ time.
By scheduling an appointment, you are agreeing to our cancellation/no-show/rescheduling/late policy.
For any appointment canceled before 24 hours, your deposit can be refunded or applied towards your next future service.
Gift Certificates/Pre-paid Packages:
Gift certificates and prepaid services have a 1-year expiration date from the date of purchase. If an appointment was missed and not canceled before the 24-hour requirement—the gift certificate and/or the prepaid service will be charged. When you purchase a gift certificate or prepay for a service at Modern Beauty Bar you are agreeing to these terms.
We do offer a rewards programs for our Medical Aesthetics treatments. You can earn points with all your Allergan, Galderma, and Evolus based purchases such as Botox, Juvederm, Voluma, Dysport, Lyft, Restalyne Products, Jeuveau. If you are not enrolled–our staff will be more than happy to assist you in enrolling. We will issue points for every product purchase you make with us. If you are already enrolled— please inform check-out that you are a member so that she can give you points if needed. We do not keep track of when points are expiring and are not responsible if a coupon expires. Please make sure you give the front office all the information needed to process a coupon at the time of service check out. Here at MBB, we love babies and children, however, we ask that you please make childcare arrangements prior to your appointment. This ensures the safety of your children, your own safety during our medical aesthetic procedures, in addition to a relaxing environment for all clients.
Although we love animals, we ask that you please leave your pet at home during your visit to MBB.
Should you arrive to an appointment with a pet that is not a service animal, you will be asked to remove the animal from our medical spa. To avoid any disruption or inconvenience, we ask that you please leave your pet at home. If you violate this policy and cannot complete your scheduled appointment during your allocated time then the 50% service charge will be applied.
