IF YOU HAVE NOT HAD YOUR INITIAL FULL SET DONE AT MODERN BEAUTY BAR YOU MUST BOOK A FULL SET. WE DO NOT ACCEPT FOREIGN LASH FILLS. Must have at least 40% retention in order to book a fill or otherwise you will be charged for full set.
